Tool Room
Our in-house tool room is fully staffed by Master Mold Makers who can take a project from design through production. Each mold is designed with the latest CAD programs and then produced and stored in-house for easy, quick access on orders. We also accept and adapt existing molds for in-house molding.

Injection Molding
OTP's molding department consists of state-of-the-art injection molding machines ranging in size from 25 tons to 370 metric tons with a shot capacity of 1 to 37 ounces. Each machine is equipped with robotic arms, part sorters and quality control cameras.

Inspection Department
Only the highest standards of quality are accepted in Olsen Tool's Inspection Department.   On most designs, we can hold tolerances to +/- .001".  We're committed to producing parts that are exactly as you demand them.

Secondary Operations
As an added benefit to our customers, Olsen Tool offers secondary operation services including ultrasonic welding, drilling, tapping, hot stamping and assembly.  Our quality standards are just as high for secondary operations as they are for every other part of the production process. Our goal is to be your total supplier - providing you with a one-stop approach to all of your production needs.

Custom Bagging
Many of our clients require one-stop shopping which includes packaging. Olsen Tool offers both standard and custom bagging services. Our capabilities include bar coding, custom logos and kit production.

Shipping
Each day Olsen Tool ships more than 50,000 plastic parts of every shape and size. Our delivery options include Dock-to-Stock, Just-in-Time and Kanban. We ship via UPS Ground, UPS Air, FedEx and private freight using boxes and pallets. Local, national and international deliveries are available.
